My incredibly eagle-eyed neighbour spotted that the BBC video “Free bus passes for under 22s in England scrapped” was filmed at the bus stop opposite the Dovecote in Moseley. While it’s disappointing news, it was lovely to see a little glimpse of our local gem 🕊️

Walked through the magnificent Moseley Bog yesterday. Saw Grey Wagtails hopping about the streams, and even heard a cronking Raven.

It's said to have inspired the Old Forest in Lord of the Rings. Thankfully no otherworldly creatures, only a few friendly dogs!

By teaching children about the Wildlife and Animals that live around us, we can help them develop respect for all forms of life. Understanding that we share this planet with other living creatures can also help children develop empathy and compassion for others #wildlife #nature #children #bluesky 🦔

I am devastated to hear of the news of an attack on a Jewish community in Manchester on Yom Kippur.
My thoughts are with the local Jewish community who will now be fearful on an important day of observance in the Jewish calendar.

I outline in my speech how the failure to consistently enforce traffic rules is causing resentment and division.
