Fitzpatrick also says that either Halligan is wrong about the grand jury minutes being complete or we are in "uncharted territory" because the indictment returned in open court is not the same as the one presented to & deliberated upon by the grand jury. (h/t @emptywheel.bsky.social )

What are the odds now that Bondi, after accepting orders from Trump to investigate Dems in relationship to the Epstein files, will now say they can't be released due to an ongoing investigation?

Both of my adult sons are married and are not planning to have children. Ever. Because even though they and their wives have careers, it's too expensive and they're worried about how much worse it could get.... I'm crushed and so angry at hyper capitalism.

So much violence and trauma in the world right now. Maybe it's just time for the patriarchy to come tumbling down and for the matriarchy to rise.

Amazon announced 14,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $40M last year.

UPS announced 48,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $24M last year.

Intel announced 20,000 layoffs. Its new CEO's pay package is valued at nearly $69M.

This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

NEWS: President Trump has issued a *second* pardon for Jan. 6 defendant Dan Wilson.

Wilson, a militia member, remained in prison on a firearms conviction unrelated to the Capitol attack. But Trump's new pardon explicitly covers the gun charges. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

Count the ways they’re corrupting DOJ: Presidents don’t direct AG’s to open criminal cases, especially ones designating only Dems for investigation when POTUS himself is involved. DOJ doesn’t publicize criminal investigations & the AG definitely doesn’t assign them on Twitter.

This allows Trump (via DOJ) to use taxpayer money to bribe eight GOP Senators. It's that simple, there's no other way to describe it.

And where's the compensation for people injured by the Trump admin's unlawful conduct through DHS & DOGE?

Take a bow, @schumer.senate.gov, you did this.

But the pardon also extends to key figures who participated in the unauthorized breach of voting systems in Coffee County, Georgia

Ed Martin seemed to explicitly link the pardons to his “No MAGA left behind” mantra—tweeting the news in reply to a post that said exactly that.

In addition to his role as pardon attorney, Martin leads the Weaponization Working Group, which probes alleged “politicization” of the Justice Department.
