The reaction to rainbow armbands is so depressing. There needs to be an education in clubs. It's just solidarity. That's all. That people shouldn't be persecuted. Wearing a rainbow isn't saying 'This is my culture' or 'This is my lifestyle'. It's just saying let people live their lives and feel safe

On a positive note (now the initial disappointment has subsided), I’m over the moon that Aaron Connolly got off the mark. Also great to see Mayenda back. He had a good game on the right and looked dangerous. #SAFC 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️

Frustrating. We don’t like making it easy for ourselves. Would I have took a point before the game? Yes. But the manner in which we went about the second half - very poor. Still unbeaten I guess #SAFC 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️

As a bairn I was absolutely obsessed with Sean Thornton. I’d always try to recreate his free kicks (he may as well have been David Beckham in my eyes 🤣). Met him once at an awards thingy as a kid and got my photo took with him. Was pure buzzing #SAFC 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️
