Devastated to hear that @burgerbecky.bsky.social has lost her battle with cancer. I was lucky enough to be her roommate at KFest 2016 and was amazed by her knowledge and her vivaciousness! She will be deeply missed by all those her life touched. She is in Valhalla tonight!

Commodore are back after 47 trademarks bought, maybe now we can have a new 64 like a mini version or a full size one with sd cards and hdmi or some kind of sd device for the old machines and some new games and hopefully this will kick start the demo scene and magazines and shows

Knowing when to pivot. When to back track. When to give up. When to postpone. It's hard. I've just had to do all those things in the last 2 months as the day job has drained my energy from dream job work. That said I'm VERY excited for the game I accidently discovered while making something else.

I'm about to do the unthinkable...re-enter tutorial hell for fun. Work from the day job has burnt me out on things that 'need' to happen, but I'm also only happiest creating. So... I'm going to take a break, prototype and just do tutorials for a month or 2. See you all on the other side! #indiedev

When your day job is stressing you out but then you get stressed out because you can't work on your passion project and that stresses you out.. I'm ready for some well deserved vacation next week to reset my mind.

How long does it take you on average to write a song, start to finish? I feel like it takes me forever. I typically come up with the very basis pretty quickly, but it take weeks and weeks to fill in the gaps to my liking.
