At the hospital yesterday I saw a woman with two young children and none of them were masking.
The kids didn’t seem at all phased by my respirator, but the mom rolled her eyes and sneered.
When they left, she purposefully got within inches of me (it was a wide hallway), coughed and snickered.

这壮硕却矫健的妹子从2019年开始健康素食(WFPB)，而且没有刻意追求蛋白质（很多吃WFPB的运动员也摆脱不了对蛋白质的执念😅），保证食物多样化和足够的热量就行（满足这两点的基础上蛋白质不可能会吃不够）。
