Every time I see someone with a full cart of groceries, I genuinely wonder how they do it. I cringe at any shopping trip that costs more than $50 because after my bills, I’m typically left with less than $100 a week to spend on gas and groceries themselves (and my car is about $35 to $40 to fill up)

Y’all, the best part of trying to build an emergency fund is having potentially major expenses happen while trying to build it… looks like I’m doing a heavy amount of gig work this week, but at least I don’t have to be in my house with no ac while I’m doing that

I’m working on saving money to eventually pay off all my debt and buy a modest home, so I’ve been watching a lot of videos of people’s spending and how they safe. It’s incredibly disheartening to see people whose weekly take home is more than I make in a month act like it’s easy to save money.

Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and
offer them to small to medium size businesses.
Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations .
