In the thick of it, she dropped a bomb on me that I have yet to recover from.

Biggest writing challenge I've had to overcome last few years is regaining confidence in myself: confidence that I can fix shitty series of first attempts. I started last book over like 50 times. This one,I'm keeping scene bones I know are good and going over it again, and again, til it gets clearer

I have been using @fadeinpro.com for about 5 years now, in 30 years as a writer I've used Final Draft, Celtx, Movie Magic and others.
All fine software, but Fade In is easily my favourite I have ever used.
And despite how much I love the layout, ease of use, ect I LOVE that updates are free.

I understand that being a woman isn't easy.

So, half the time I play i'm like "that fucking kid must be freezing his everything off while standing still, let alone while swinging"

@insomniac.games I genuinely think Spiderman : Miles Morales doesn't get tbe love it deserves.
I'm on my second play through, haven't played it in a while and I forgot how great this game is.
Its familiar, but very much its own thing.

I'm in my mid 40's and I realized how my view of my parents has changed. I'm sure there is a term for it, but in my lifetime I've gone from you viewing them as jusr "my parents" to, respecting them as actual people, now I also look at them as windows into the past. They had invaluable life experince

One of the things I find awesome about @marcmaron.bsky.social , and I mean this with the greatest respect, he's been doing comedy so long, that he's a great link to and almost historian of how comedy evolved over the past decades.

I've been toying with the idea for an OLD script lately.
