Nothing quite gets you after you’ve lost someone than hearing their voice and laugh for the first time after. 8 months since a friend of mine (and owner of the company I work for) took his own life and it honestly knocked me for six today at our AGM as the videos played. I miss his shenanigans.

Cancelled plans today to have a bit of a brain reset day. Gonna catch up on some work, play some games, watch tv and movies, and dive into my little book haul from yesterday. Sometimes a dead day is just the only thing you need to rebalance your mind a little.
