i was about to post something similar with less numbers about it but yes. women opening the show also guaranteed an energetic crowd for them and the opening pops of the night. crowd was gonna be all in for them since they went on first.
I brought this up on the other site so I'll bring it up here.
Women almost never open #AEWDynamite because the Q1 and Q2 is usually reserved for the men that draw the most. On a PPV the main event is the most important. On TV? It's the first quarters.
The women opening Dynamite is a big deal.

Seriously incredible, thrilling, engrossing 2.5 hours of television. I’m still annoyed about the order of the B&G. That being said, all three matches were phenomenal. The big coming out match for Marina, no Ric Flair after all, and the unexpected shine for KOR were all lovely. PPV Built #aewdynamite
