Relocation of Native people from reservations to urban areas created a whole new experience for Native people: managing their traditions and cultural identity in an urban setting. And it caused Native people from totally different tribes to come together in new ways.

The Indian Reorganization Act (IRA) was the first attempt at legislation that actually tried to help Native Americans. While it does help tribes, it has a lot of flaws and shortcomings. And this flawed law that was made in 1934 is still the law of the land.
