Now that I've recovered a bit here are some random thoughts:
- Will Klein still needs a statue
- Crazy that we had two consecutive Freeman walk off HRs
- We don't pay Yamamoto and Ohtani enough
- Why doesn't Yamamoto have a statue yet?
- This was the most "this is baseball" WS ever.

I don't think Mookie gets to that last year. His SS defense has improved greatly.

Ohtani looked very locked in. Probably one of the most locked in at bats I've seen from him.
Shohei finally made the adjustment this at-bat. Was all over that pitch, even on takes.

Honestly if Ohtani wasn't the rarest of unicorns then Mookie's move UP the defensive spectrum in his 30s would probably be more recognized.

Anyway, not every game is gonna be like this because the Blue Jays are a terrifying offense, Yamamoto just special today.
So again, the bats need to not be dogshit like they mostly were again. They'll lose this series if the Blue Jays can limit them like this going forward.
