Oh shoot! More cargo bike fun just arrived. A set of Ortlieb Back Roller Plus Urban panniers and a set of Ortlieb Outer-Pockets. These are for my Riese & Muller Load. Rather than mounting the Outer-Pockets to the panniers, I plan on mounting them to the back of the cargo box facing the rider.

This blows. Woke up this morning to a flat tire. Looks like the valve stem separated from the tube. Maybe defective 🤔? At least this happened overnight so I have everything I need to replace it quickly. I always keep spares in my parts roll just for this reason. This is my 3rd or 4th rear flat.

Nice to see my neighborhood purchasing and installing these protected bike structures. We all know an e-bike purchase can be a significant investment, why wouldn't we want secure parking?
