I don't like how anxious I get when I have to ask someone something for myself. Asking for others? No problem. When I need something? Heart palpitations, fat tongue, fidgeting, procrastination. Something tells me that's not healthy.

Sore losers are annoying af. Yes, we lost. Losing isn't always about your own team being bad. Sometimes losing is the other team being better. Sometimes losing is we're all playing backbones and they aren't. Sometimes you just gotta accept the loss and Do Better Next Time.

It's so stressful trying to communicate with someone who feels no need to speak clearly. She isn't unable. She just finds my need for clear and direct conversation as unnecessary. I'm "being difficult." I "have a fucked up mouth." For seeking to understand the directive. Okay.

I remember growing up in an environment where I was never asked to do anything, it was just expected I'd do it and I got scolded when I didn't. As an adult, with my own home, my roommate and I communicated intentions, and made requests of each other. Why is it so hard for my family to do that?

I wish people were more conscious of what they say. Just because you "didn't mean it like that" doesn't mean that's not how it sounds. People are so quick to blame the interpretation rather than the presentation for miscommunication.

Why are we as people so quick to dismiss each other? Like, if I say, "I meant to sleep earlier, nowI might sleep too long," I don't want you to tell me "well you just gotta do what your body needs." Because yeah I know that. But I also could have slept a full 8 when I went to bed 6 hours ago.
