I’m excited to find other artists to connect with here! Instagram was my place but I got nuked by the algo… went from getting 2000+ likes per post to around 50. I was gaining 1k a month but now i’m losing 1% of my followers for the past 2yrs haha. Maybe visual art is still cool on Bluesky 😅??

By day 2000 , whether a design is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ just wasn’t
as interesting to me anymore. I gave up my og style and started making art I had no idea I was capable of.

At day 1000 I made the decision to keep going for ten years. I realized I had only barely begun to explore my creativity. I left my photos behind and embraced the blank page.

For 1000 days I created abstract shapes and patterns over photographs I had taken. Each design was like a little piece of my soul placed like a bookmark for me to come back to.
