Someone put this Philip the Fair on the cover of a book. Now.

During the Saint Elisabeth's flood in the Netherlands in 1421 that destroyed many villages and may have killed thousands, one baby miraculously survived in his little floating crib because a cat kept it in balance by moving around, or so the story goes.
