NVIDIA and Starcloud have just taken a big step toward moving power-hungry, polluting data centers from Earth to space. Starcloud think they can have a commercial scale data center in orbit in the early 2030s. It does seem to make sense. What do you think? spectrum.ieee.org/nvidia-h100-...

SpaceX #Starlink is indispensible for Ukraine, yet, the internet connectivity it provides isn't fast enough for Ukraine's combat robots, forcing the nation's innovators to look for out-of-the-box solutions.

Germany's £35 billion investment into space defence infrastructure over the next five years will be a game-changer for Europe's space sector. Great news for start-ups and SMEs but question marks around Germany's attitude to joint European space projects.

I am having a very awful experience with the #KLM airline. I was supposed to go to South Africa for a SKAO visit on the day of the cyber attacks. I got nowhere. It's been impossible and it continues to be impossible to get in contact with customer support. I really don't recommend using this airline

so, the @KLM duty manager claims there is some
sort of a global system failure affecting many airlines. She claims it's not a hack. Sounds weird... Not sure what to do. Wonder whether there are any other journos heading for

So, @KLM has just ruined a trip South Africa I have been really looking forward to.
Delays at #heathrow, non-existent customer service. I will miss my connecting flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town, which means I will miss the departure for my press trip to
