I'd disagree with this. I don't think he's deteriorating. He's emboldened. And his people see he's not getting called out, and it emboldens THEM.
Listen. He's always been a piece of shit. But DEMENTIA DESTROYS DECORUM - my mom would never insult anyone before dementia. It slowly killed her filter, and she became rude. Granted, he didn't have much decorum before. But he didn't drop f-bombs or call women "piggy" on camera. He's deteriorating.

Since I seem to be on a nostalgia kick, I listened to EVERYTHING when I was younger. Seeing Ministry live was a turning point in my hardcore experience (loud to me before this was Black Flag, DK). I LOVED this stuff along with bands like Soft Cell, Depeche Mode

This absolutely blows. Soft Cell was an integral part of my young adulthood. Tons of positive vibes toward his friends and family. He seemed like a good dude.

The idea that self-employed or underemployed Americans can pay $2000+ PER MONTH for health insurance is absurd.
Nobody's doing that. We're heading back to the times when people just didn't have insurance and often chose to die rather than bankrupt their families.
