Yo brain, if you are going to make me dream about travelling again can you take me to some mountains or some overgrown ruins or something, instead of sending me a stress dream about me hurriedly trying to pack my things and everything going wrong whilst running hopelessly late to get to the airport.

Yesterday I discovered another negative to calling LLMs ‘AI’; now when I read a sci-fi novel which mentions AI, I have that association and a part of my brain wonders whether they mean a clumsily regurgitative algorithm or, you know… actual AI.

Fellow insomniacs… I have found these new tablets from H&B very useful. It has a new ingredient called DailyZz which is an extract of polyphenols from tea and spearmint. I was a bit sceptical but what convinced me to try it was finding out that it has been clinically studied (with positive results).
