This time it seems DoD fired all the DoD-FAA coordinators and when the FAA saw DoD doing tests they said "WTF are you doing?", DoD said "a 10 day laser test, fuck off" so the FAA shut down the airspace - then the public said "WTF" and DoD then said "um we didn't mean close the airspace for 10 days"

Charlie pulled off a finish that doesn't leave unanswered any critical questions but also doesn't tie everything up in a too-neat bow.
