Since my first trip to DC in 2012, I fell in love with the city. As a New Orleanian, there was something so familiar about it, and I’ve spent countless hours over a dozen trips wandering through museums, and having the most amazing meals. Going there this weekend, the vibe was NOLA post Katrina.

Aside from the obvious direct harm, what's so irritating is that a handful of spoiled ignorant assholes are breaking things that we all built together. They weren't content to own almost everything, they had to wreck what little they didn't own. It's vandalism on a mass scale and has to be punished

There is nothing more gut-wrenching than getting an email from your boss to stay after for a “chat”. Then find out that a patient said you did something SO far out of your character your boss immediately clocked it as untrue, but because he’s a decent guy, still does his job & investigates.
