I've made LOTS of travel mistakes, but this is a new one for me...
My parents arrived at the airport after a vacation to find the destination wasn't what they expected! Instead of a major city nearby, where they left their car, they actually booked a direct flight to their hometown. Oops!

Making this shift in my approach to managing emotions changed my life. But I couldn't do it well until I was diagnosed #actuallyautistic and started giving myself the accommodations I needed to feel safe and at peace.

I've had migraines for 35 years (since I was 8). I've tried many treatments over the years. I currently use a cocktail of meds to prevent & manage attacks. Thankful we're growing our understanding of what this debilitating condition actually IS.

Sometimes when post-viral asthma is flaring, my breathing can sound a little bit like a gecko. And that makes the part of me that counts Phnom Penh as one of my homes kinda happy.

Yesterday I had a large mole burned off my neck. It was always there but in the last 10 yrs slowly started to change, protruding and less attached to the skin. I had it regularly checked and there were no signs of melanoma, but it got quite irritating so my doctor removed it for me.
