To be fair, for some people the idea that an anime has a thesis statement at all is a revelation. I've seen so many people say "oh Evangelion is symbolism for symbolism sake they just think it's cool" that the idea that no it HAS messages and it's not just shock moments and aura IS a bomb

There's a chapter that's basically nonsense cause they translated Bakemono (Monster) to Bakemon, an actual Digimon, making the people think the Eaters are related to Bakemon
Digiline is also full of errors

We literally just saw a news story of an AI Chat bot telling a kid to take enough drugs to kill themselves as a "diagnosis". Not only is it bad for the planet, it cuts out neccesary jobs and at worst will get people killed in a way that has zero consequence. The AI companies shrug at death.
