Yesterday while picking up takeout with my wife, we got yelled at for having our masks on by a random dude on the street: "It's been years and you're still wearing diapers on your face!?!?". The timing of this certainly seems like it's not a coincidence, and it's sad to see this happen even in LA.

Honestly the value of a social media site is the network of people on it, so here's hoping Bluesky going open means I can somehow transplant all the cool people from older networks while the trolls are kept away.
