Another beautifully written, tightly plotted and emotionally satisfying book from @kjcharleswriter.com. Death in the Spires is her first mystery novel and I heartily recommend it. I might reread it immediately because it’s just that good.

RIGHT. 7 minutes til meeting with new doctor. I got peer reviewed studies queued up. I got last year's labs. I got overwhelming anxiety and a desire to sob. I hate this shit. I hate it so much. I hate that being trans means being afraid of doctors.
