There are kids involved so I feel very slightly bad for giggling so hard about how these dumbasses FAFO
listen we may have lost our family business, made our kids miserable, had to live in a barn with goats and lost $50,000 to a local Russian slumlord, but at least we dont have to see gay people in public

I just read in a description for a book: for decades, it has been easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism. Holy shit that’s so true. I was talking to someone about that recently. That capitalism has only been around a few hundred years. It doesn’t have to last forever.

As someone who spent 13 years homeless, this is a good list & I wanna expand on it:
-Rice & beans are cheap & can make many meals
-Preserved meats (hot dogs, kielbasa, spam) are extremely versatile
-Kids LOVE receiving canned soups like Campbell's or Chef Boyardee
-Ramen is cheap & wanted
-Rice & beans are cheap & can make many meals
-Preserved meats (hot dogs, kielbasa, spam) are extremely versatile
-Kids LOVE receiving canned soups like Campbell's or Chef Boyardee

As wobble has been pointing out there are alot of common things that arent given as much, though in all truth the best thing you can give is cash and time
Most food kitchens/pantries can get things at rates that we cannot in bulk
