This fits with what appeared to be a change in the cause of death of children in a recent study I worked on.
A 2.6x increased risk for infection vs vaccination
"Over a period of six months, researchers estimate that COVID-19 infections led to 2.24 extra cases of myocarditis or pericarditis per 100,000 children, while vaccinations led to 0.85 extra cases per 100,000."

Oral hygiene has been linked to multiple health conditions, including dementia and diabetes. Now, research shows that people with both gum disease and more tooth cavities also have a notably higher risk of stroke.

Go for a walk today…it’s good for your heart & your mood
"One longer walk a day is better for your heart than lots of short strolls, especially if you don't exercise much. Walking for at least 15 minutes without stopping is ideal. That's about 1,500 steps in a row, which gives your heart a good workout."

Cucurbita pepo is one of the oldest domesticated species. Over millennia, it has proved astoundingly versatile.

Just as Brassica oleracea gave us broccoli, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts etc, C. pepo morphed into the pumpkin, zucchini, delicata, pattypan, acorn, yellow squash and more!

I am not clinical and never went beyond a pre clinical year. However in physical health I am sure there is a state whereby we would not expect a person to risk further injury. Yet, people with anxiety and phobia expose themselves gradually rather than avoid an stimulus. Even in severe trauma?

I know some came from Ireland also Scandinavia and I think if I recall right France.
My family arrived in the UK by small boats

Some economic migrants escaping poverty & famine
Some came to invade
Some forced

From Ireland, France (Normans), Italy (Romans) & Norway (Vikings)

Wherever you come from doesn’t matter to me, caring for whoever is my neighbour does
