Throwback from 2021. We have been warning that election systems are not adequately secure and just saying they are secure in response to Trump’s Big Lie is not an effective policy. #recount2024

On #Jan6th, 2021, Trump was the Instigator-In-Chief. Now, five years later, he’s exploited the pardon power to seal off all channels of accountability for his role in the violent assault on our Capitol. But there remains one channel he can’t touch: Article II, Section 4, the Impeachment Clause.

But he got people off Epstein…
Kelly: He runs around on stage talking about lethality and the warrior ethos.. That’s not the message that should be coming from the Secretary of Defense… He runs around on a stage like he’s a 12 year old playing army. It’s embarrassing.

Absolutely shocking the misrepresentations & pretzel twisting going on to justify the move to dismiss. Most concerning is that Skandalakis completely ignores the reams of evidence of the alleged unlawful breach of voting machines in Coffee County, caught on camera! Those involved are off scott free
Much in this document is totally divorced from reality
Skandalakis sets out his reasons for seeking dismissal of the case here:

The NYT just published an article largely hyping internet voting in Alaska.

I do not agree, and argue that the article has significant problems. Let’s look at a few of them 🧵
