I'm sorry, but why the fuck? Greed is destroying this country. This was proposed TODAY. This would repeal federal protections for 85% of wetlands in the US.

I don't know how to get people to care about wildlife. Feels like everyone just turns and looks the other way.

I went to the zoo today. The Cape Vultures are ridiculously pretty 🪶

I just started reading The Fort Bragg Cartel by Seth Harp, and, man, is it brutal. I am continuously shocked by what the upper echelons in our military and government get away with. I also am shocked that anyone who does these things could ever live with themselves after.

Brown Thrashers are such cool birds. They were “tsk”ing all around us as we took measurements of this one.

All banding, marking, and sampling is being conducted under a federally authorized Bird Banding Permit issued by the U.S. Geological Survey’s BBL.

For me, I think one of the biggest pushes was my 5th grade teacher reading us a story out of David Lubar's "In the Land of the Lawn Weenies" after lunch each day
