이 글에서 제일 짜증나는 지점은 이 글에 등장한 법조인들은 사람하나를 3년간 괴롭히는데 동참해 놓고 아무런 처벌도, 불이익도 받지 않았다는 것인데 이런 게 법조인들이 말하는 사법독립이라면 차라리 현행 형법 체계는 폐지해 버리는 것이 여러모로 바람직하다.
