The man who gave me my start in my career also told me my hard work didn't matter, that my success was only do to him. @johniadarola.bsky.social my guess is Cenk and/or Ana has said something similar to you. I know you want to wait and see but narcissists don't change. You're worth more than this.

I mean, this nice thing is, now that I'll no longer be supporting TYT in any way, shape, or form, I'll have so much time to watch The Bituation Room with @franifio.bsky.social !

Today should be the dealth nail in the Democratic party. They won't fight for us. They won't change. They only care about their pockets and if you continue to hope thay they'll change you're simply nieve. They've proved who they are.

We're paying attention. I voted for you, but I won't be making that mistake again.

The Onion has it figured out - we can't rely on democratic leaders. They have abandoned us and it's time we abandon them.

A better America is possible.

Imagine going to the doctor and not being worried about the cost.

Imagine having three days off per week and being able to pay all your bills.

Imagine being able to go to college and graduate without debt.

It’s possible.

I read a lot about the American Revolution and our founding fathers - nothing that's happening right now surprises me. The seeds of this were present at the very founding of our nation - something that happened in large part due to the elite not wanting to pay back their British debtors.

As a small businesses owner I pay insane taxes. Big corporations often pay nothing. Our entire tax system is designed to push people to work for these large companies rather than create businesses that would provide competition.
It's not even capitalism - it's oligarchy - and it's on purpose.

it may not always feel like it, but this was true yesterday, today, and it will be tomorrow. we are going to each do our parts, and we will win. we will build a government that is representative of and responsive to the needs of regular working people, not billionaires.

I will not be voting for Maria Cantwell ever again. Everyone on this list is willing to get into bed with fascists, and yes, I am using that word literally, and therefore has no business being in the democratic party or in congress.
16 Democratic senators recently voted to confirm the Trump-appointed Treasury Secretary who just gave Musk’s team access to a Treasury payment system that disburses trillions and holds mass quantities of personal information. Food for thought. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

And now Trump wants to end FEMA. I have no patience for anyone who says Trump is going to make things better for everyday people. Natural disasters are increasing by the year due to climate change but screw you if you get caught in one. And you will get caught in one if you haven't already.

People like Trump and Musk want us blaming each other instead of billionaires like them.

They want us to blame immigrants and working people just trying to afford food or rent, or obsess about things like gender.

It’s easier to pick our pockets if we’re fighting each other.

Hard truth for the Democratic Party: everything & everyone who led to this, from party leadership, the major consultants, the strategy, to the platform must all go.

There must be a total rebuild of the party, starting with funding, then policy.

This is a failure.

The last four years, I called out the Biden Administration without hesitation.

The next four years, I will call out the Trump Administration without hesitation.

Neither party has met the needs of working class Americans from every background.

Times up.
