Ok so I think I’m going to vent. So earlier this year my dad got diagnosed with diabetes (idk which one but the one that you can like reverse) and he started freaking out obviously, and I think bc his brother has both types of diabetes and he REALLY struggles.

I’m not necessarily new to this(I came from edtwt) but I am new to socializing with others on social media

I did a juice detox a bit ago, lost 7lbs in 3days. It was like a half gallon of green juice a day and ONLY that. Maybe a protein shake, but no food. And I wasn’t hungry at all. Just abdominal discomfort 😭
