day 1 no sugar. oddly enough what i was craving the most today was juice! my university canteen sells this AMAZING pineapple slushy😭💔💔 couldn’t have that during lunch so i was sad but it’s ok. i’m also glad that i was able to say no multiple times today when cookies and candy was offered to me😔🙏
