Love that I find out one week into leave that there will be a restructuring that combines my chapter with two others. The input period is November. Finalization and implementation are December. I won’t be back until January/February.

Woke up at 3 AM because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Took almost no time to start an anxiety spiral. Moved to the couch around 4 hoping a change of location would be enough to stop the spiral. Dozed on and off until 6. Showered and noticed a rash starting on both hands. New anxiety spiral!
