P6 used oil pastels and watercolour pencils to recreate Georgia O’Keeffe’s famous paintings of poppies, their work is absolutely stunning! Parents can see them on display in our dining room on Find Out Friday.

P1 enjoyed exploring different media to show their own interpretation of fireworks and used play doh to consolidate their learning in maths and literacy whilst strengthening their fine motor skills!

So grateful for the place we live. Walking through Calderglen to St Leonards Library. Stunning autumn colours. Skimmed stones in the river, heard the loud calls of then saw a heron flying overhead. Chatted to the lovely library staff and saw all the great things going on there - check it out below.

Inspired by our study of large things in space, a child brought in a microscope so P5 spent the afternoon examining materials close up, even identifying rocks that could be 4 billion years old!
