Some day, my granddaughter will ask me why America went into a depression in 2026.
Me: “Because many Americans were too afraid to elect a woman…….of color. But electing a racist narcissistic rapist who went bankrupt 6 times while having 5 children with 3 different wives was just fine.”

@davidjolly.bsky.social is considering a run for Governor of Florida (per @11thhourmsnbc.bsky.social). This is a fantastic idea. Florida deserves and more importantly NEEDS a Governor who is centrist, fiscally conservative but yet also cares for his constituents.

I wonder if the people supporting Trump’s tariffs realize that he’s only hurting American car manufacturers (aside from the American people)? Here’s why: Canada doesn’t have a Canadian car company and and neither does Mexico. They have no domestic cars of their own to sell to the U.S.
