Republicans voted “nearly” unanimously whereas the Democrats did vote unanimously. The likely reason most of the pubies voted the way they did was they knew whoever opposes this will be branded(rightfully) as complicit to a child s*x ring. It is not a question about who really wants the truth.

So literally a day after finding out in not getting a promotion I get a flat tire. What the fuck is even the point of all this?! I literally work so that I can get what little actual money I save ripped away by basic car repairs, getting sick, or some other unexpected bullshit! I’m so over this.

The realization that the promotion I was going for was handed to someone who knew someone important is just eating at me(I work for my local government which is famous for nepotism). Me and another guy who know the job in and out were passed up for some outside hire and we can’t figure out why.

So I applied for a promotion at my job which involved civil service certification. I jumped through several hoops and a grueling interview process just to watch an outsider get it. So this random person is gonna get what I spent years training for. I truly hate my life some days.
