A Republican recently said that Charlie Kirk would have been th "13th disciple" if he had lived during biblical times. That's not true—Charlie Kirk would have been Jesus Christ Himself.

I always enjoyed watching @mkbhd.com iPhone reviews before considering buying a phone but all we got this year is an unboxing video?

I am actually sad to have to say this since I have admired much about Disney CEO Bob Iger over the years, but what a profoundly quisling move this is by someone who knows better. It’s shameful and he has tarnished his once proud reputation.

While you ponder how your app will adapt to the aesthetic on macOS, iOS, and other Apple platforms—

Let @parakeet.co take care of your app icon (and any other in-app iconography you have). We’re really good at this.

Apple should let users to limit network access to specific apps. I have this game that I love named offline games and they’re now starting to track so many things it’s becoming disturbing. Feels scary scammy

not surprising
Noticed a bunch of these ornate gold medallions slapped all over the Oval Office. We found em on Alibaba. “High-density Home Decoration Polyurethane Appliques Ornament PU Foam Veneer Accessories” from seller Guangzhou Homemax Decorative Material Limited.

I wonder if we'll ever recover from the damage the Trump administration is doing to our country. 18F, for example, did only good things, in my opinion. Now, it's all lost.

One thing I noticed in the WWDC 2025 material is how the glass effect works. Since the introduction of the translucent glass effect in iOS 18, we’ve used background blur to simulate this effect. However, the WWDC 2025 material is noticeably different.

18F, the federal government’s technology shop, was demolished by Musk’s team shortly after midnight. It was a cost-recoverable org, charging agencies for their expertise, using a consulting model. Its cost to government was negligible, its benefits huge. My team there once saved DoD $500 billion.

Government efficiency is when every federal agency has to send a daily emergency email to its workers telling them to ignore another daily email from a different department trying to fire them without knowing what their jobs are.
