4 weeks ago I realised that alcohol and the amount I was drinking had stopped giving me any joy, and was noticeably & negatively affecting my life. I took a long walk to rationalise the situation and decided it was time to stop and move on with my life. I haven’t had any since & feel great for it 😊
I’ve woke up with a right thick head, hope I’ve not caught a bug 🤒 Got a haircut and eye test booked in this morning, then was going to gym after but guess I’ll play that one by ear. Ugh hope it clears

The new rug is down after an hour+ clearing/moving the table, putting it all back in place and tidying the cables 😮💨
I think it’ll need some grip underlay for the side in front of the PC to stop it bunching when the chair moves, but apart from that I quite like it (in lieu of actually decorating 😂)

The new rug is down after an hour+ clearing/moving the table, putting it all back in place and tidying the cables 😮💨
I think it’ll need some grip underlay for the side in front of the PC to stop it bunching when the chair moves, but apart from that I quite like it (in lieu of actually decorating 😂)

I’m not looking forward to getting my eyes tested on Tuesday, last time I went was 15 years ago… I just know they’re going to tell me I need goggles or contacts again, and I doubt I’ll be allowed a second round of laser surgery 😑 faff

The guy on the cross trainer next to me took a phone call and started chatting away. Feels like shit gym etiquette but a total flex talking properly without losing your breath while doing cardio 😂

They’re both salty as hell and absolutely filthy, but the Lion is marginally worse. Would still recommend

Post-work gym done 💪🏻 It was busy and I got a bit flustered trying to work out which of the few vacant machines I needed, but managed to do half an hour before panic bolting!
I’m off work til Weds now so I can gym at quieter times for a bit to settle in and figure out machines/routines etc 🤸♂️
