Being a pessimist means your brain is great at spotting problems, but not so great at seeing the good. That’s a habit, not a fact. Practice allowing yourself to imagine good things, even if it feels awkward at first.

What I love about the LLM cli tool is how easily you can compare prompts across different models. No switching tabs - just run everything directly in the terminal and see which model performs best.

I'm about to rebrand all my cron jobs to AI agents and raise a $100,000,000 seed round.

Positive thinking is a habit, not a mood. The more you practice it, the easier it gets to see the good, even in tough situations.

The only way to get my Fitbit to recognize steps on the walking pad while working is by putting it in my ankle.

Loving the standing desk and walking pad combo. I feel more productive.

This is exactly the kind of thing we need to see if @atproto.com is going to reach its full potential.
I'm excited to announce @skyseed.fund, the world's first incubator & fund exclusively focused on Bluesky and @atproto.com.

We're just getting started but have $1 Million in committed capital, and will be doing developer grants as well as pre-seed/seed funding.

I love to build and create, but my last product showed me just how much I didn’t understand marketing. Now, I’m building a tool to help me and maybe others connect those dots.

So many new tools to make building easier than ever, but the clock hasn’t changed. As a solo builder, time - not tools - is the real limitation.

Inspiration is hard because it’s not always there. Discipline though, is like a muscle, you can train and develop it. The more you consciously challenge it, the stronger it gets, and with it, motivation follows.

You can be a beginner at one thing and an expert in another. The two aren’t mutually exclusive, usually, one helps shape how you approach the other.

A mistake I’ve made in the past: not deploying my application fast enough.

Spending too much time working locally before setting up in the cloud just creates extra work later. Deploying early highlights issues and sets you up to move faster. (1/4)

At a big company, you’re part of a machine. When you’re building scrappy, you are the machine. The hardest part? Figuring out what to focus on when everything feels important.

Gonna chill out with the over engineering this time around. Trying Railway for the first time instead of AWS to keep infrastructure simple… for my very demanding customer of 1 (me).
