Hillary Clinton was the speaker at my graduation from UMD (1996). I was on the aisle and when she passed (surrounded by “honored guests” who I’m sure were secret service people), I gave her an “attaboy” pat on the back. I was, somehow, not tackled by her detail.

We had Christmas four days in a row (family be like that), so we’re late to the game, but I could not be happier to settle into DEAD WEEK. Four glorious days of nothing. No responsibilities, no cooking, no doing, no nothing. Going straight up feral until Thursday.
