I hope you are right. Back in April I bought 192GB (4x48) DDR5 5600MHz SO-DIMMs for $498 for my Clevo Notebook. I was curious today, so I checked Amazon for what that would cost me now, stunned as it would be just south of $1600. In fact, I just sold the original 32GB that came in it on eBay, $195.
Bout 2x8gb ddr4 ram for $200. It's plenty for now. I hope the ddr5 crashes in price with the ai pop
