The current Cambridge City Council is delivering on residents' top priority: more housing. Most of them deserve to be re-elected for their action.

good?
I’m not sure how you’d quantify this but I think at some point over the past few months the psychology on homebuying shifted from “I can’t afford to buy a house” to “House prices are going down and are a bad investment, I want to put my money somewhere else.”

When I talk about "e-bike infrastructure" I mean re-thinking our streets so we offer high-speed lanes for faster forms of microbility such as class 2/3 e-bikes, scooters, and mopeds. If e-bikes are really the thing that will get people out of cars, then let's start giving them more space.
Something I always say is that so many of the pedestrian vs. e-bike/bike conflicts arise because all of these people are sharing a small sliver of space. But what if it wasn't that way? What if we took more real estate away from cars, thus allowing *everyone* to have a safe space to move?

I hope it's clear to everyone now that Trump really is going for it - he's trying to become a dictator. I don't know if he'll succeed, but he's working to install himself as an autocrat unaccountable to voters. And he's weaponizing the military against Americans who oppose him as part of that effort
