I transformed my body after getting breast cancer in June of 2023. I went keto, fasted a to. Through chemo/radiation. I cut sugar and alcohol down dramatically, increased exercise and lost 40lbs, am cancer free & improved many other metabolic metrics. I did functional and traditional medicine. 🧵
