I wish @apple iOS, native apps, and other apps would provide a toggle for a left-handed setting. They are slowly improving usability on mobile by putting everything within thumbs reach, but it still has a way to go to be just as friendly for a southpaw. #UX #ergonmics

uh HOLY SHIT everyone. iykyk, but lemme summarize: it's often been beyond hard to do user research at the federal government because of a bizarro law called the Paperwork Reduction Act. fixing this has been a civic tech holy grail for YEARS.
