Oh good grief Mary Miller ! Grow up, having someone of another faith lead a prayer is not going to hurt you. It allows those of other faiths who are also in the House to have representation.
I’m a Christian, and my faith is the most important aspect of my life. In no way does Sikh or Muslim or Jewish clergy or anyone else of a different faith leading our Congress in prayer constitute a threat to my faith. The truth is that Rep. Mary Miller isn’t secure in her faith.
