i've been rewatching golden kamuy from the beginning, and am pretty much convinced it's peak anime? it's so exciting, absolutely hilarious, has a massive cast of well written, well acted characters, is historical, educational, has romance and pathos, and the story never lags or falters. 10/10

A.I. could probably, eventually, arrive at a scene in which Leia says “I love you,” and Han says “I love you too.” After the right amount of theft, it could get there.
But A.I. could never, EVER arrive at “I love you,” and Han saying “I know.”
