What else would we expect of the Neville Chamberlain of our time? We certainly can't rely on this obsequious weasel.
The only thing I can say about Keir Starmer is thank God he wasn't PM back in May 1940.
He will go along dutifully with whatever Trump claims.
Canadians would be fools to think this punter would have our back in a showdown with Trump.

Common Sense: The Last Refuge of a Scoundrel
Few semantic dodges frustrate me as much as appeals to “common sense.” The term traditionally refers to commonly-held knowledge that needs no explanation.

I'm seeing lots of support for recruiting US scientists to Canada, and that's a great idea. Except there aren't jobs for the scientists we already have. Canada needs to DRAMATICALLY increase support for science. It ain't all about oil and lumber.
Wow.
The darkness descends.

Perhaps U.S. should think about joining Canada?
Canada has better:

- Healthcare
- Life expectancy
- Education
- Equality
- Standard of living
- Freedom (ironically, US generally ranks low)
- Safety
- Etc
