I cried today because I realized my favorite crochet hook is one my great grandmother used, too. Almost like we're holding hands through time and she's helping me crochet my blanket.

Open enrollment time & I am currently sick to my stomach trying to decide if it's better to have my husband on my better insurance (for much much more) or keep having separate insurances through our jobs with him having much higher co pays.
Being an adult isn't always hard but this part sucks

while I know the work I do in crisis intervention is very important, I long for traditional therapy where I can have an on-going relationship with clients and watch them grow and win, instead of only seeing clients on their worst days 😭
