I was pleased to make a motion at a recent meeting of the Community Advisory Committee on Planning that recommends Civic Administration provide more flexibility and cost-friendly options for owners to be able to preserve and protect the look of lower significance heritage properties.

Leduc, Alberta was named after the "first person to walk in" their first government telegraph office. That person was Father Hippolyte Leduc.
