Passionate public policy and non-profit leader. "The pin guy".
The difference a day makes! Yesterday morning we were 800 signatures short of our goal on Celiac Canada's food affordability petition. Today, we are over 2,000 signatures past the goal and still counting!

Thank you so much to everyone who has signed!

We're almost at our goal of 30,000 people asking the Federal government to make sure people can afford the medical diet people with celiac need.

There are only three weeks left to sign @celiaccanada.bsky.social's petition to address high costs of the medically necessary diet needed to treat Celiac.

Any Canadian can sign, and it only takes two minutes to show your support.

I was pleased to make a motion at a recent meeting of the Community Advisory Committee on Planning that recommends Civic Administration provide more flexibility and cost-friendly options for owners to be able to preserve and protect the look of lower significance heritage properties.

Leduc, Alberta was named after the "first person to walk in" their first government telegraph office. That person was Father Hippolyte Leduc.

A bit of a delayed post, but I am grateful to have been appointed to the #ldnont Community Advisory Committee on Planning. Looking forward to serving my hometown in this exciting new volunteer role.

A huge thank you to Council for putting their trust in me and the other members of the committee.

I am supporting Celiac Canada in calling on federal candidates to support tax reform that will make sure Canadians with celiac can afford the gluten-free food that is our only medication.

Please take 30 seconds out of your day to send a letter to the party leaders.

A fun piece of #LdnOnt history from this week 169 years ago.

William Barker would go on to win the 1856 election (despite his temper and lack of discretion) and become London's second mayor. Elijah Leonard would win the 1857 election and become the third.
